The following terms and conditions are intended to ensure My Wine Safari is a safe place to buy alcohol. My Wine Safari is the trading name for Duras Limited. We are advocates of responsible drinking. These terms and conditions were last updated December 7, 2016.
Under the Sale and Supply of Alcohol Act 2012 it is illegal for us to sell alcohol to you if you are under the age of 18 or if you intend purchasing alcohol on behalf of or to supply to someone under 18 years old.
It is illegal for you to buy wine from us if you are under the age of 18 and it is illegal if you falsify your details in order to buy alcohol if you are under the age of 18. We reserve the right to request additional age verification at any time.
When purchasing alcohol products from this website you confirm and acknowledge that: you are legally entitled to purchase alcohol and that you can produce sufficient evidence (E.g. NZ Drivers Licence, Passport or 18+ Card) of that entitlement on request prior to or upon delivery of the purchase; you are not purchasing alcohol on behalf of or to supply to someone who is less than 18 years old; all information supplied by you is true and accurate at the time you make any alcohol purchase from this website.
All products are sold subject to their availability.
All prices displayed on this site include Goods and services tax (GST). You must pay the full price quoted.
We make every effort to correctly display our prices on this website. However, if a price is incorrect we reserve the right not to proceed with your order at that incorrect price. If a product that you have ordered has been incorrectly priced we will contact you to give you the option of paying the correct price or cancelling your order.
We reserve the right to vary prices without notice.
The minimum order is one bottle unless otherwise specified.
Freight is $6.00 for one case of six bottles, delivered anywhere in mainland New Zealand. For single bottles, the freight is calculated as follows: 1 to 3 bottles $4.00, 4 to 6 bottles $6.00 and for each bracket of 1 to 6 bottles thereafter an additional $6.00.
Delivery outside of mainland New Zealand (i.e. Waiheke Island and Stewart Island) will be charged at $20.00 for one case of six bottles. For single bottles, the freight is calculated as follows: 1 to 3 bottles $13.50, 4 to 6 bottles $20.00 and for each bracket of 1 to 6 bottles thereafter an additional $20.00.
We do accept orders and payment from countries outside New Zealand for delivery within New Zealand but do not ship products to overseas addresses.
We will do our best to despatch orders no later than two business days after your order is received by us.
Please note that someone aged 18 years or over must be available to receive alcohol at the point of delivery. If no-one is available, or the delivery agent is not satisfied that the receiving individual is aged 18 or over, then alternative delivery arrangements will need to be made.
Once your order is made it cannot be cancelled. In the event that we are unable to fill your order in its entirety we will contact you promptly to organise alternatives or refund.
If your delivery has been damaged in transit we will replace it for you. Please note that damaged goods must be reported within 48 hours of delivery.
If your order has been packed incorrectly and is not what you have been invoiced for, we will correct that for you. Please note that packing errors must be reported within 48 hours of delivery.
We insure our products up to the point where they are delivered to your address. We are not responsible for damage or theft to goods beyond this point.
We take your privacy seriously. We respect your privacy and we will protect it. We will not provide your personal details or contact information to external parties without your permission.
